Maybe Expedia ought to remove this property from their website…… I have stayed in several hotels across the country after booking through Expedia-We were able to upgrade to a better room upon arrival, and we were able to get printouts of our bill at other properties AND we booked through Expedia! I absolutely hate to be lied to. They also stated that they can’t print out our final bill because we booked with a third-party. River spirit uses the fact that you booked through a third-party as an excuse to not give you upgrades to a better room. The description on the website states that the room we booked had a shower/tub combination. The water pressure in the shower is awful- for what we are paying for the room, we should have a beautiful shower AND a tub. We didn’t even take our bathing suits out of the suitcase. Rest from the day's activities and take a shuttle ride to one of our well-appointed establishments located minutes from the casino. This is supposed to be a resort, not a free-for-all. WinStar World Casino isn't the only place you get to take pleasure in. This is not safe.Ĭlose the pool to the public and only allow patrons of the establishment accessibility to the pool.
There were so many people in the pool, you couldn’t stir them with a stick. I think it’s awful that they open the pool to the public.
